We are happy to provide a refund for goods within 14 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Please download and fill in our returns form and make sure enclose it with your return or a written note with the required details - this is a must do. Failure to do so may result in delay or inability to process your return.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not cover or reimburse the postage of returns this is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returns are sent registered post and do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items while they're in transit.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, supplied back in original packaging with any additional gifts included in the package sent back unused also and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please note returns may take up to 14 business days to process. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 14 business days after receiving your item. For credit card payments and PayPal, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement after the refund has been made.

If the product is returned and is damaged in any way, or returned without all of the original packaging or returned after more than 14 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

International Returns

We are happy to provide a refund for goods only (EXCLUDING the postage cost) within 28 working days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Please download and fill in our returns form and make sure to enclose it with your return or a written note with the required details. This is a must to enable us to process your return.

Customs charges or duties are not subject to reimbursement. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 28 business days of receiving it. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, supplied back in original packaging and undamaged in any way.
