Our frequently asked questions:
I have a discount code where do I add it?
Please add you product to card and then press checkout, on the right hand side of the checkout page there is an option to add a discount code, please put it in there and press apply. Continue with the process as prompted.
Could you create something in a different tone of metal / alternative metal?
Most items are available in both silver and gold metals, if we don't have an exact match we will recommend a similar item.
Do you offer a warranty?
Should your piece break due to a manufacturing defect we are happy to fix the fault free of charge. The customer needs to cover the cost of sending the piece to back and we will cover the return cost. Note this doesn't apply to product colours changes, plating, tarnishing etc, as this is down to how the product has been treated by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for this.
Do you have other charms?
There is a selection of charms listed under Various Charms and Sterling Silver Charms on the website. We regularly get lots of other charms in stock if you have something in mind get in touch.
Do you work with influencers?
Yes we do, but this is by invitation only. We invite you, please don't get in touch because you fancy a freebie.
How soon will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order, please allow 1-3 days (unless stated otherwise) before your order is shipped. A notification will be automatically generated and sent via email once the order is shipped.
Can I track the shipping?
Yes you will receive an email with the tracking number, but do feel free to reach out if you need help tracking your order. If you have selected a non trackable service, we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to your order while in transit.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and depend on the selected service. Please note sometimes there are delivery delays, this is outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we can ship to wherever you are in the world.
What about returns?
Should you need to return something please see our returns page. Note, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
We are unable to offer free returns and ask that you send the item back, recommending Royal Mail signed for post but this is up to you. We cannot take responsibility for items sent back to us that are not recorded by the Post Office / Courier. Acceptance of returns of bespoke items is at the discretion of our business, unless faulty.
Shipping on international returns, any duty or taxes incurred are all non refundable.
